Safe, certified disposal and recycling of monitors, LCD screens, LED screens and CRT monitors across South Africa. All screens are processed to ISO 14000 environmental standards with a certificate of destruction available on request.
For equipment exceeding 5 units — including laptops, servers, monitors and screens — we collect completely free of charge within a 100 km radius of our Midstream, Gauteng branch. We can also arrange paid collection from anywhere in South Africa.
All non-recoverable products are disposed of according to ISO 14000 environmental standards. TechCycle Solutions is a member of the e-Waste Association of South Africa and proudly supports Sustainable Computing principles.
How It Works
Every asset that arrives at our Midstream facility is tracked, categorised, and processed through a structured pipeline.
Your equipment is collected and logged into our inventory system. We take full responsibility for any loss or damage from this point forward.
Assets are split into Functional and Scrap categories. Functional units are verified against specifications; scrap items are earmarked for safe disassembly.
Functional equipment is cleaned, tested, and data-wiped using a triple-overwrite process. All asset tags, labels, and customer data are removed.
Refurbished units are remarketed with a brand-new warranty. Hard drives from scrap units are shredded before being sent for certified recycling.

Data is cleansed via a triple data overwriting process — permanently destroying any sensitive information to meet your security requirements and compliance obligations.
